北大资源学院是经北京市教委批准，具有学历文凭考试资格的全日制高等院校和中外合作办学机构。成立于1992年，现由北大资源集团举办，与北京首都旅游集团和美国亚洲教育集团合作办学。实行产、学、研一体化的国际教育模式，培养具有国际竞争力的复合型、应用型人才。以雄厚的国际教育资源，先进的国际人才培养模式，2000年被批准为联合国教科文组织“教育革新促进发展”(APEID)联系中心。北京大学研究生院副院长、北大资源集团执行董事长仇守银教授任学院董事长，中央教育科学研究所原副所长曹青阳教授任院长。
